& TRAINING
Training is led by Head Coach Jamie McMullan, Assistant Coach James Bowman, and a dedicated team of volunteer assistants who bring plenty of experience and a passion for fast, attacking rugby.
We train on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 6.45pm, with sessions designed to push fitness, sharpen skills, and build strong team spirit.
Tuesdays are focused on fitness and player development, while Thursdays are all about preparing for the weekend with game plans and a captain’s run.
